Explore over 32 kilometers of trails
Rancho El Carrizal represents over 2,100 hectares (~5,200 acres) of semi-desert wilderness and pine-oak forest in the El Zamorano mountain range with privately controlled access. Backpack, bike, hike and backcountry camp as long as you desire with or without a guide. Your peace won’t be disturbed by anyone other than native wildlife or the occasional cow.
All our trails are well marked with detailed navigational signage where appropriate, and occasional miradors (scenic overlooks). GPS tracks and photographs from each trail are uploaded for public view and navigation on Wikiloc.
